Welcome to Peak Forge, a personalized training plan service offered through the Unfens website ("we," "us," "our," or "Unfens"). By using Peak Forge, you ("user," "you," or "participant") agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Service Description

Peak Forge provides personalized training plans based on information you provide, including fitness level, goals, experience, and preferences. The service is intended to help you prepare for outdoor activities, expeditions, and athletic challenges.

Eligibility

By using Peak Forge, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
• Are in good health or have consulted with a medical professional before starting any physical training program.
• Provide true, accurate, and complete information when requested.

Not Medical Advice

Peak Forge does not provide medical, nutritional, or mental health advice. The training plan is for informational purposes only and does not replace professional medical consultation. You are solely responsible for consulting your physician or healthcare provider before starting or modifying any training program.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Follow the training plan at your own pace and listen to your body.
• Stop training and seek medical advice if you experience pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms.
• Provide accurate and updated personal information to receive relevant training recommendations.
• Not misuse, share, copy, or distribute the plan for commercial purposes without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

• Unfens and Peak Forge are not liable for any injury, health complications, damages, or losses arising from the use or misuse of the training plan.
• We do not guarantee specific performance outcomes or results.
• Use of the service is at your own risk.

Intellectual Property

All content, including training plans, text, graphics, and software provided under Peak Forge, remains the property of Unfens. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plan solely for your individual training purposes.

Privacy

We handle your personal data in accordance with the Unfens Privacy Policy. By using Peak Forge, you consent to the collection and use of your data to deliver the service.

Modification or Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Peak Forge at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms and Conditions, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Himachal Pradesh, India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Himachal Pradesh.

Unfens Rating Scale

Definition of a Company

For the purpose of this rating scale, a company is defined as any commercial or non-profit entity that organizes, operates, or facilitates outdoor experiences, including but not limited to trekking, climbing, skiing, cycling, rafting, and mountaineering. This includes adventure tour operators, guiding agencies, educational expeditions, and gear-dependent outdoor logistics providers.

Purpose and Scope

The Unfens Rating Scale is an independent assessment tool designed to evaluate outdoor experience providers based solely on publicly available information. This includes data published on verified sources such as official company websites, terms and conditions, safety documents, service descriptions, and FAQs.

Our objective is to assist consumers in making informed decisions by highlighting providers who align with globally recognized safety and quality standards.

The scale is structured around best practices prescribed by the following internationally recognized bodies:

• ISO 21102 – Adventure Tourism: Leaders – Personnel Competence
• ISO 21103 – Specifies minimum requirements for information to be provided to participants.
• ISO 21101 – Safety Management Systems
• ISO 20611 – Good Practices for Sustainability
• UIAA – Summit Charter and Safety Standards
• ATTA – Adventure Travel Trade Association Guidelines
• IPPG – International Porters Protection Group Recommendations

Rating Reevaluation

• Unfens periodically reevaluates scores for each provider based on updates to publicly available information.
• However, we are not liable to reflect changes immediately after a company updates or modifies its materials.
• There may be a lag between data publication by the company and our next review cycle.
• Company is encouraged to notify us of relevant updates to facilitate faster reevaluation.

Limitations

• The ratings are entirely contingent upon the transparency and completeness of information made publicly accessible by each company.
• A lower score does not necessarily imply substandard practices—it may simply reflect limited disclosure.
• We do not perform on-ground audits, interviews, or document verification.
• All assessments are desk-based and drawn from surface-level publicly available material.
• The Unfens Rating Scale should not be interpreted as a guarantee of safety, legality, or service quality.

Company Engagement & Transparency

We encourage company to:

• Publish and regularly update details on safety protocols, sustainability practices, staff training, and logistics.
• Adopt a transparent communication strategy with clients, reflecting both best practices and operational realities.

A well-informed consumer ecosystem thrives when company embraces public accountability.

No Liability Clause

Unfens disclaims any liability for:

• Personal, financial, or legal consequences resulting from decisions based on these ratings.
• Misinterpretation or misuse of the ratings by third parties.

We urge all users to conduct independent research and directly verify critical information with the company before participating in any outdoor activity.

User Acknowledgment

By accessing and using the Unfens Rating Scale, users confirm that they:

• Understand the methodology, intent, and limitations of the system.
• Accept that ratings are for informational and comparative purposes only.

Mountain Ready & Mountain Speed: Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please find our policies for cancellation and rescheduling below. All policies are based on the course start date.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

To ensure we can manage course logistics, we adhere to the following refund structure:

• More than 45 days prior: 90% of the course fee will be refunded.
• Between 31-45 days prior: 50% of the course fee will be refunded.
• 30 days or less prior: No refund will be issued.

Rescheduling Policy

If you need to move your participation to a future date, the following terms apply:

• More than 45 days prior: You may reschedule at no additional cost.
• Between 31-45 days prior: A rescheduling fee of 20% of the course cost will apply.
• 30 days or less prior: A rescheduling fee of 50% of the course cost will apply.

Pro Hub

Pro Hub membership is exclusively available to professional outdoor athletes, content creators in the outdoor industry, and professionals working in the outdoor sector. By submitting an application, you agree to the following terms:

Eligibility & Acceptance

By submitting an application, you represent that you meet the eligibility criteria and that all information provided is true, accurate, and verifiable. Unfens reserves the sole right to approve or reject any application at its discretion.

Verification Process

All applications undergo a manual verification process. You must provide verifiable evidence of your outdoor professional status, including but not limited to:

• Social media profiles demonstrating outdoor activities/content
• Professional certifications or affiliations
• Competition records or expedition history
• Professional portfolio or work samples
• References from recognized outdoor organizations

Approval is not guaranteed and may take up to 7 business days.

Membership Duration & Renewal

Pro Hub membership is valid for 12 months from the date of approval. Members must reapply annually and provide updated proof of continued professional engagement in the outdoor industry to maintain access. Unfens reserves the right to revoke membership at any time for violation of these terms.

Discount Structure

All approved Pro Hub members receive access to exclusive base discounts on products from participating brands. Members who purchase products and submit genuine, detailed reviews with proof of purchase, photos/videos, and honest feedback may qualify for enhanced reviewer discounts on future purchases.

Discount rates vary by brand and product category and are subject to change without notice. Discounts are applied via unique discount coupons issued through the Pro Hub platform.

Purchase Restrictions & Anti-Abuse Policy

• Personal Use Only: All discounted purchases are strictly for your personal or professional use. Resale, commercial redistribution, or sharing with family/friends is strictly prohibited.
• Purchase Limits: Unfens caps the number of purchases per product, per user, per year to prevent abuse. Specific limits are determined by product category and brand agreements.
• No Bulk Purchases: Purchasing items in bulk or quantities exceeding reasonable personal/professional use is prohibited.
• Audit Rights: Unfens reserves the right to conduct regular audits of purchase patterns and may request proof of personal/professional use.
• Violation Consequences: Any member found reselling, gifting, or otherwise misusing discounted products will have their membership immediately terminated and may be banned from future reapplication.

Review & Content Submission Requirements

To qualify for Verified Reviewer status and enhanced discounts, you must submit a detailed written review, provide proof of purchase, upload photos or videos demonstrating product use, and optionally share the review on social media platforms.

All reviews must be honest, genuine, and based on actual product experience.

Content Rights: By submitting reviews, photos, videos, or any content through Pro Hub, you grant Unfens and the respective brand a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content on their owned public platforms, including:

• Official websites
• Official social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter)
• Email newsletters and marketing campaigns
• Print materials directly controlled by Unfens or the brand

Content Restrictions: Your content will NOT be sublicensed or sold to third parties, used by other brands without your explicit consent, or used for paid advertising campaigns outside Unfens/brand owned channels without separate agreement.

You retain ownership of your content and may use it independently. Content submitted for review purposes may be edited for length, clarity, or format but will not be altered to change the meaning or sentiment.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

All purchases are completed on the brand's own website using discount coupons issued by Pro Hub. Unfens is not responsible for:

• Product quality, performance, or defects
• Shipping delays or damages
• Returns, refunds, or warranty claims
• Customer service issues post-purchase

All post-purchase support must be directed to the respective brand. Discount coupons are typically issued within 24-48 hours of requisition.

Data Protection & Privacy

Unfens collects and processes your personal information to verify eligibility and facilitate Pro Hub services. Your data will be shared with participating brands only to the extent necessary to process your discount coupons and purchases. Unfens will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

By using Pro Hub, you consent to Unfens and participating brands contacting you regarding your application status, discount offers and product launches, membership renewal reminders, and review requests for purchased products. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Code of Conduct

Members must conduct themselves professionally and ethically. Prohibited activities include:

• Submitting false or misleading information
• Creating fake reviews or manipulating ratings
• Harassing or threatening Unfens staff or brand representatives
• Attempting to circumvent purchase limits or abuse discounts
• Sharing discount coupons with non-members

Violations may result in immediate termination of membership.

Limitation of Liability

Unfens provides Pro Hub as a platform to connect outdoor professionals with exclusive brand discounts. Unfens is not liable for:

• Product defects, injuries, or damages resulting from product use
• Brand failures to honor discounts or fulfill orders
• Loss of membership eligibility due to changes in your professional status
• Technical issues preventing coupon redemption

Unfens makes no warranties regarding product quality, availability, or brand participation. Your total liability claim against Unfens, if any, is limited to the membership fee paid (currently: FREE).

Termination

You may terminate your Pro Hub membership at any time by contacting contact@unfens.com. Unfens may terminate your membership immediately for violation of these Terms & Conditions, providing false information during application, abuse of discounts or resale of products, or inactivity exceeding 12 months.

Upon termination, all discount coupons become invalid, you lose access to Pro Hub exclusive deals, and content rights granted to Unfens and brands remain valid for previously submitted content.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from Pro Hub membership shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to arbitration in accordance with Indian Arbitration laws, with the venue being Manali, Himachal Pradesh. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
